Millennial pink has officially infiltrated our food sources. Starting next week, you can dine at Pietro Nolita, the cozy subterranean spot serving up "healthy Italian" in a too-chic-to-be-kitsch all-pink setting. It's the most Instagrammable restaurant in New York, and it hasn't even opened yet. The owners, Pietro Quaglia and Mina Soliman, already have some stylish regulars, like one Giovanna Battaglia who even wore a limited edition Pietro Nolita tee during NYFW. Pink as fuck, indeed. With Curtis Kulig's "Love Me" art wallpapering the bathroom, and a #PlantsOnPink aesthetic, this spot is set to be the next It Girl favorite in NYC. Click through for a first look!
