Hands down the star dish of the Venetian and coastal Italian inspired restaurant would have to be the Mozzarella In Carrozza. That's fancy for mozzarella sticks sandwich style.
Fried, cut into little triangles (because obviously, anything cut into triangles is instantly way fancier) and served with a side of raw tomato sauce, these little oozing wedges are reason enough to make it your part time job to snatch a seat.
