It's near impossible to grab a table at Raoul's under normal circumstances, so now that they've only a handful of tented street and sidewalk options, you can imagine the race is on. They are not currently taking reservations, so if you want one of their iconic Au Poivre Burgers, honestly, the earlier you get there the better. I'm talking like 4:00 or 4:30.
