Truffle Week!

After much debate, I ordered the special pumpkin ravioli in brown butter sage sauce, with truffles on top, of course. The waiter shaves the truffles on tableside (see video), which gave me a lot of excitement. Diners can choose 1 gram for $25, 2 grams for $45, 3 grams for $65 and 6 grams for $120. The pumpkin ravioli was cooked al dente and had a smooth pumpkin filling inside. This was truly a delicious seasonal dish that offered everything one would want in comforting ravioli.
