Chef Jean-Georges’ intimate, mid-century design style dining room in the West village, at the magnificent Richard Meier Towers, has been offering spectacular waterfront views of the Hudson River since 2005. Perry St. has been serving up a balanced blend of the most superb French, American, and American dishes, as well as “New Classics” drinks like the Sour Cherry Old Fashioned. And, rumor has it, Perry St. will be opening back up this month.
