There's always something going on at The Standard. Whether at the Biergarten, dare we even say it, Le Bain, or that little gem that keeps on giving, The Standard Grill. Their late night menu, served until 4AM, is very much onto the fact that even in the middle of the night, If it's not a late Saturday brunch, it's an early Sunday brunch. Order their perfectly simple soft scramble eggs, with gruyere and herbs, and go for the High Line Fling, a sort of after hours upgraded mimosa, with champagne, orange liqueur, grapefruit, and lavender. Lastly, properly end your night and start your day as one always should, with a stack of chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk.
