The fashion flock has been buzzing about chic and airy new eatery, The Osprey, which has just touched down at eco-friendly 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. With floor-to-ceiling windows providing great views of the river park, the massive space (named for local birds) is perfect for a group dinner or trendy date night. Seasonal American bites make up the evening menu, but expect breakfast and lunch offerings soon.
