NYC is sure no L.A. when it comes to Mexican fare, but Lupe's East L.A. Kitchen in West Soho cuts it pretty close. With dozens of burrito, enchilada, seafood, and taco options, Lupe's does Mexican like it should be done. And for around ten bucks per massive burrito, it seems like they have L.A. pricing down too.
