White Bear is one of those hole in the wall secret places. From the outside it looks completely unappealing and even from the inside you would wonder why people recommend this place. The dumplings are served on styrofoam plates and everything seems grimy. Don't let it fool you! The spicy wontons are the best you can get in NYC!
