Takashi has a cozier environment compared to the other spots we mentioned. They have a Friday/Saturday midnight broth program that you can email to participate in. Some of our favorite dishes are Niku-Uni (chuck flap topped with sea urchin and fresh wasabi), beef belly, and the sweetbreads!
