If you happen to find yourself on a road trip to Sunnyside, New York, consider visiting Salt & Fat. It's an Asian fusion restaurant (mainly focused on authentic Korean ingredients). This glorious photo is of the hanger steak, blistered shishito peppers, mustard greens, lager, romesco, gochujang (Korean soy paste) and miso candied pine nuts. We're already drooling.
