Every year since 1890, the Navy vs Army game has met in early December to play one of America's greatest sports. Although, neither team is an athletic powerhouse, bragging rights are on the line for the service men and women they represent. Since the early 50's there's been the tradition of kidnapping "Bill the goat". Maybe that's where the idea of stealing a rivals mascot came from.
