Once at Brooklyn Bowl everyone takes selfies. Olena says, "I don't wanna talk shit, but" then proceeds to talk shit. Her roommate never says hi to her, you guys. After a few gutter balls (but really who actually bowls at Brooklyn Bowl?) the evening ends with the definitive "the Uber is here," much like that forgotten catchphrase of one DJ Pauly D. And, in fact, after sitting through this whole thing, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia for the good ol' Jersey Shore, and the ability to mock a faraway land like New Jersey and people who would never share my zip code. Brooklyn, it was nice knowing ya.
