You know who the worst one on Pump Rules is? Scheana. Like if she were to ever leave, no one would miss her. And do you know why no one would miss her? Because she has this insatiable desire to be everyone's best friend. Chica has no self respect. Seriously, name one time she has ever committed a transgression during her time on the show (her affair with Brandi Glanville's husband doesn't count because she "thought he was separated"). You can't.
The best Pump Rules character? Stassi. Obviously. She does not give a flying F*CK if you like her. Even if you hate her, you gotta love her anyways because this bad bitch may be so entrenched in her views that she kind of comes across as an a-hole, but she's still the HBIC.
