Okay, this dude was just such a sadsack. He's hardly even an enemy because he was just so pathetic. Yeah, he was in prison for a crime he did not commit, but Blair had every reason to dislike him because his relationship with Serena was not healthy. Also, people who whine and pity themselves definitely rub Blair the wrong way. Like yeah, she does that too, but then she sacks up and goes after what she wants.
