Taking another shift to cover for your friend is a good thing to do. Taking one for the team during sex? Eh, not so much. If it doesn't feel amazing
for you, or you are just not in the mood, then don't do it! Sex is just for fun (or for procreation). Either way, you should never ever feel forced and you should always do what you want to do. If it doesn't feel good, then just stop! If that makes your partner angry, then dump them! Someone who makes you feel bad is not someone you should be bumping uglies with anyway.
