Write a Few Letters

Send an apology letter to that girl you called stupid in middle school, a thank you letter to your mother who literally pushed you out of her uterus, a letter of conscious uncoupling to that really toxic ex you can't shake, an invitation for tea to your favorite friend you never see. Writing letters is relaxing in itself, and putting words to paper will make you think more deeply about what you're saying, leading to fewer turbulent and chaos causing relationships in the future.
