What You'll Need: 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter 2 cups vanilla ice cream rum nutmeg for garnish Combine sugar, butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan on low heat until butter is melted. Then, combine cooked mixture and ice cream in a large mixing bowl beat and mix until smooth, and freeze.
