Hot Buttered Rum What You'll Need: 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter 2 cups vanilla ice cream rum nutmeg for garnish Combine sugar, butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan on low heat until butter is melted. Then, combine cooked mixture and ice cream in a large mixing bowl beat and mix until smooth, and freeze. For each serving, fill one quarter of a mug with the frozen mixture and add rum and boiling water accordingly. Sprinkle with nutmeg for garnish. [Photo via]
