A far cry from Starbucks, Third Rail Coffee is a no-frills coffee shop near NYU that takes the novel approach of filtering Intelligentsia and Stumptown beans into Chemex flasks. The cafe is small with limited seating, but its location near Washington Square Park makes it an ideal place to grab an iced coffee and enjoy the beautiful weather.
