Challenge your gender roles
Does it feel "unmanly" to take a yoga class? Throw that out! Let go of all gender stereotype roles you think are correct. Marching this weekend at the Women's March in New York alongside my father is proof that there is no such thing as "manly" or "virile" activities. On the flip side, never judge a woman in what you believe is a "male role." Who's to say what's what?
