Social pupsters replaced social scensters on the red carpet Monday night for Animal Fair Magazine's 8th annual Halloween Pet Costume Party at Mansion in New York City. The event, benefiting The Humane Society Of New York, caused some doggy drama as the pooches barked and scruffed their way to the win for the Most Petacular Halloween Costume of 2008 award.

Guests and dog-owners included the event's host Wendy and Lucky Diamond, Ali and Dina Lohan, Piper Perabo, Emily Brill, Miss Teen USA Stevi Perry, Real Housewives Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer and Bethany Frankel, Whitney Thompson, Marc Weiss, Karen Biehl, Patrick Saint Jean, and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog who had his tail wagging for Jill's lovely pooch and her little pink number the entire night.
