Take things at face value
If someone tells you they're not interested in a relationship, then understand that. There's no reading in between the lines. When someone isn't being consistent and showing interest in getting to know you, then it's probably not meant to be. Your gut always has your best interest at heart. If you get the feeling that something isn't right, chances are it isn't. Don't waste your energy wondering why they haven't called yet, or if they've found someone else; you're too fly for that shit.
