This tiny LES Japanese restaurant offers much more than just typical Japanese fare. In addition to an extensive menu, Soy also holds a variety of cooking classes in their kitchen. From a sushi master class to a class focused on Japanese desserts, Soy is the place to go to learn some basic-- and not so basic-- Japanese cooking skills. Classes cost $65, and you can sign up online.
