How (& When) To Be Fashionably Late

Sure, first dates are the time to make a good first impression, but making sure you arrive after your date is a must. Looking bored and eager is not chic and you don't want them to sneak up behind you while you're texting your friend about them. Being late will give you an air of importance, or at least a good starter conversation as you explain your crazy client meeting or cab ride over. If you were just hiding in a doorway until you saw them walk in, just make something up.
