Have Cocktails Ready
Everything is easier after a little vodka/gin/tequila. Be prepared with cocktails when your guests arrive, wine with dinner, and apéritifs after - your guests will thank you. The alcohol will aid conversation and serving cocktails rather than PBR will signal to your guests that they better act like they have their shit together too.
