Fifth Floor in San Francisco, uses dessert wine instead of triple sec for a sweeter finish. The black lava salt adds a little excitement and complements the agave nectar, as agave plants generally flourish in volcanic soil.
You will need:
Black lava salt
2 oz. tequila
3/4 oz. dessert wine
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. agave nectar
