The piña colada of the vodka world. Doesn’t sound as good in the song though.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
60 ml (2 fl oz/1⁄4 cup) vodka
100 ml (31⁄2 fl oz) pineapple juice, fresh if possible
20 ml (3⁄4 fl oz) coconut cream
3 teaspoons Sugar syrup
3 teaspoons Orgeat syrup
Pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella, for garnish
Place the ingredients (except the garnish) in a high-speed blender with 11⁄2 cups crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a poco grande glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella.
