For the oenophiles among us, there's the
Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, about an hour-and-a-half drive from the George Washington Bridge. The winery is open year-round and offers daily tours, tastings, and apple-picking, as well as their own brewed ciders and gin. The distillery, recently opened to the public, allows visitors to choose their favorite spirits. The cafe, open on weekends only, offers fresh bread and rustic pizzas.
