Walkway Over the Hudson
As long as you are not afraid of heights, you’ll enjoy the breath-taking views and an invigorating power walk over the longest elevated bridge in the world, measuring 1.28 miles across, and 212 feet above the Hudson River. You can bike, run, don your in-line skates, or walk over the walkway. You can enter either from the Poughkeepsie or the Highland side. Take the Metro North or Amtrak to Poughkeepsie.
