The Competition
Although viewers, press, and industry figures will be judging this season's films, the festival's competition rests in the hands of an official jury. This year's jurors comprise an eclectic mix of directors, film and television stars (like
HIMYM's Josh Radnor, Eva Longoria, and Abigail Breslin), tech and publishing leaders (
Time Magazine senior editor Jessica Winter and Google Ideas founder Jared Cohen), and even Iron Chef Bobby Flay. They'll be judging both world and emerging categories, with prizes going out to film shorts, narrative features, documentaries, directors, and more.
