Hotchkiss School Brain Damage Case

Zika is so two years ago. The thing that should be genuinely feeding your fear of the outdoors is exhibited by the Hotchkiss student that contracted tick-borne encephalitis while on a school-sponsored trip to China. After severe brain damage and muteness, the Hotchkiss student and her family sued the school for negligence and won $41.7 million dollars. I guess that's what you get with an endowment bigger than the literal state of Connecticut.
