The genii at Coolhaus got it right, gourmet ice cream + freshly baked cookies = the best damn ice cream sandwich this side of the Hudson. The number and quality of flavors that they offer are absolutely mind-blowing, both ice cream and cookie. Make sure you take a gander at their menu before hitting this fantastic truck- the sheer joy/indecision may be too much all at once.
