Down the street from the Bowery, the Smile is the place to feel like a hip Nolitian resident. Owned by Matt Kligman and Carlos Quirarte (who run the hippest downtown nightlife game in town at the Westway and the Jane), this place serves up zero pretension - which is hard to do considering their neighborhood guests are so chic (the Olsen twins are big fans amongst countless other Nolitians).
