Like your latest venture, Cafe Henrie, the original Hotel Amour feels distinctly French - laid-back, chill, a place to sit and and socialize for a few hours. How do you add that special flavor to your spaces?
What drives my places is the desire to create a space for people to come together, more so than to just make money. That goes for leaving the time and space for people to hang within and also hiring people who enjoy the conversation.
