Fleur De Lys - Los Angeles, CA

AKA: the most expensive property exchange in the history of LA county, ever. The infamously unsellable mansion traded hands in 2012 from the original owners, Mr & Mrs (now ex-Mrs) David Saperstein, to a French billionaire. The French-inspired chateau went on the market in 2002 for a casual $125 million. But don't worry, the home didn't sell for $125 mil., the owner accepted an offer for $102 mil. Oh did I mention that the entire sale was carried out in cash? (Can you even fathom what $102,000,000 looks like? That's 3,517,241 Kylie Jenner lip kits, FYI.)
