It's pretty cool if you have a pool in your New York apartment building, but unless you’re Michael Phelps, it’s not particularly useful. But there are people who do get a lot of use out of their apartment’s pool, take the residents at Singapore’s The Sail @ Marina Bay for instance. In Singapore the sun is always shining, the temperature hovers around 80 year-round, and at The Sail @ Marina Bay, everyone is enjoying the mega-complex’s many pools. The Sail boasts a main pool, a lap pool, a whirlpool, a children’s pool, and what may be the coolest pool in any apartment ever, a spa/aqua gym. In the spa/aqua gym there are underwater lounge chairs and beds (I’m a bit skeptical about an underwater bed), and underwater treadmills.
