After 15 years in the making, Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet, located in Shanghai, is the first restaurant of its kind. Pairet's goal in creating a multi-sensational dining experience that combines exquisite cuisine with technologically infused physical senses was hugely successful with Ultraviolet, as reservations for the 10-seater dinners must still be booked weeks in advance. The coolest aspect? The location of the dinner is still kept under wraps, as diners partaking in the dinner are asked to meet at a specified location before being blindfolded and driven off to the actual dining area. Quite unique, no?
