The Rock Zanzibar
If it wasn't already clear, we're obsessed with the concept of exclusive and hidden dining areas. The Rock restaurant in Zanzibar perfectly encapsulates both of those aspects, by building a restaurant on top of a relatively small 'floating' rock situated 50 ft away from the shore on the Michamwi Pingwe Peninsula in Zanzibar. Not only is the trek to and view from the restaurant breathtaking, but the menu itself is delicately prepared by devoted chefs, because who wouldn't love working if your work was located in the middle of the Indian Ocean?
