Quique Dacosta
This restaurant sits right on the eastern most tip of Valencia in a town called Dénia by the sea. In a bold move, Chef Quique Dacosta renamed his culinary hot spot of a restaurant (formerly El Poblet) after he himself. After 30 years of cooking and an insane amount of awards, it kinda makes sense.
