Eat Lunch At: Mission Chinese
Go over to Chinatown (where you'll really feel like you're in China) and shop for lucky buddhas, embroidered slippers, and other mementos that you obviously need. Meander over to Mission Chinese Food (because walking all those San Fran hills makes you hungry) and chow down on anything with Szecshuan pepper because it makes your mouth freakishly numb.
