Of course M.I.A. couldn't let a moment on live television go to waste without showing off how "bad ass" she is -- her "spontaneous gesture" of flipping the bird to millions of viewers while it sounded like she sang "I don't give a shit" really showed 'em! NBC's delayed time lapse couldn't even catch the sneaky move (but they probably should have known better considering her
track record). Parent groups are up in arms,

M.I.A., what are you really proving here? That you are cooler than "the man" because you showed your middle finger on stage with Madonna? You're a pop star, get over it.
