Downstairs is one of the first celeb-owned clubs in Park City. That 70s Show's Danny Masterson opened Downstairs back in 2009, and it has been a hit with A-list fans ever since. Expect to see some amazing DJs take the stage here during Sundance, including a set by Lil John, who will be celebrating his birthday at Downstairs tonight (Jan 17).
