The Gear Fit will track your heart rate, steps, and adjust to any mode of exercise you want to record. You can download the S-Health app, and aggregate all the recorded information from your Gear Fit onto your phone, where you can also calculate your daily food intake. The Gear Fit can also serve as a notification center that lets you know whenever you get an email or text from your smartphone, and actually allow you to read it on the screen!
The Samsung Gear 2 is ultimately the second model of the Gear Fit. The screen is bigger, and the watch includes more features such as a camera, home screen, and telephone function. You can actually make and receive calls on this device, and also send out texts through a voice recognition sensor. Though it hasn't been released yet, the Gear 2 will definitely revolutionize hands-free technology in a fashionable way.
