Government Shut Down ends = I can go back on Facebook
After weeks of negotiations and economic uncertainty, the United States Senate passed a measure that reopened government and raised the U.S. debt ceiling, restoring government function and allowing the Treasury to continue paying back U.S. debt. [The New York Times] What does this really mean (besides saving the world from doom)? I can go back to browsing my Facebook feed.
