Le Bilboquet Is Back!Le Bilboquet is reopening this week after closing its original location 27 years ago. The new location will be a few blocks from the original, and more than twice its size. Philippe Delgrange, the managing partner, is bringing in Julien Jouhannaud, a protege of Alain Ducasse, and partnering with Ronald Perelman, Steve Witkoff and Eric Clapton. [The New York Times]
