"Don't Sleep Late"

You probably know how much sleep you need better than any easily debunkable medical study. If you are still exhausted at noon you should feel free to keep sleeping. If your job forces you to wake up at five and that leaves you permanently tired, maybe you need a different job. If you want to go to bed at 9 pm, don't feel bad! You're just taking care of yourself.
