Droplet
The Place: Droplet is a little corner diner with very few seats; located at the entrance of one of Hong Kong’s busiest late nightclub, Drop. Chances are, if you are headed there, you have just had a very hard night out. Everything on their menu will look appealing and taste much better than they really are. That said, Droplet does have pretty good food, and is a great place to people watch.
The Crowd: Mostly people stumbling out of Drop which means lots of deep house junkies and French people.
The Dish: Their chicken nuggets are simply fried goodness.
