The Place: Known as GBU to its faithful following, this burger joint has several outlets around Central, though the nicest one is on Wyndham Street. Located right across from preferred happy hour bars and one of Hong Kong’s best clubs, Dragon-I, GBU is the perfect place to get your burger fix and still feel part of the scene. Their creative burger selections (such as the Italian Job and the Kick Ass Burger) supplement their “customize your own burger” concept, which includes a highly impressive selection of every topping you can imagine.
The Crowd: Lots of suits that have overstayed happy hour and decided to make a night out of it, mixed with lots of attractive women who have clearly danced all their energy away in the nearby clubs and need to refuel.
The Dish: Their Hot Dog is the surprising underdog.
