The Komodo Dragon is the closest you’ll ever get to seeing a real-life dragon. The giant lizard earned its name due its intimidating appearance and violent nature. The island is home to over 5000 ‘dragons’ and is a huge attraction for tourists due to its proximity to Bali. As if an island full of giant hostile lizards isn’t scary enough, the island is volcanic too!
