The crustaceans here range in size from half-kilo to a shocking 1.5 kg ("OMG-sized," in their words) to accommodate any appetite, with nine size options in all.
Full disclosure? We wanted to try everything here. Sri Lankan cuisine is known for its diverse applications of spice and black pepper is especially endemic to the region. With that in mind, we settled on the Pepper Crab, below. Enticed by the OMG option? Think again. This impressive beast was just the medium size.
